Ati radeon 9200 slot type

ATI Radeon 9200 not working on Windows 7 PC. I have my dads old ATI Radeon 9200 and im sick of using a onboard graphics card because I cant play games on it. The 9200 fit in the slot on the board, but when I plug my monitor into it nothing comes on the screen.

Someone suggested an FX5200 instead but 9200 is cheaper and might need less power (read next paragraph to see the reason). Let me also add that I only have a PCI slot so there isn't a lot of choices. My PSU is only 150w from what I saw on the label on the side. I checked ATI's website and it doesn't have a recommended power supply for the 9200.

I'm looking into getting the ATI radeon 9200 128mb for my old Power Mac G4 dual 500 gigabit ethernet, however I am a little confused. I'm pretty sure the card is PCI, and of course my Power Mac is AGP, 2x I believe. Does this mean that it is not compatible with my Power Mac?
